Salmon-Pasta Bake

Ingredients:


1 Cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 Cup chopped onion

4 teaspoon olive oil

1 Cup nonfat milk

4 ounces neufchatel cheese -- softened

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt (opt.)

1/2 teaspoon dill weed

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 Cup pink salmon -- drained and flaked

2 Cup cooked noodles

2 1/2 Cup cauliflower chopped and cooked
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook mushrooms and onion in olive oil until tender. Set aside. Heat Milk and cheese over low hear: stirring until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, salt, dill weed and pepper. Add salmon, noodles and cauliflower and mix well. Pour into casserole dish, cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes...
