Preparation / Directions:Lay down nori on sushi mat and lightly pat on rice on bottom two-thirds of nori. (Note: or one-half and then when you roll, it spreads to about two-thirds). Place smoked salmon, jicama, daikon, gari and a touch of wasabi oil. Roll, moisten end and let rest.
(No mention of the soy syrup. I think it was used as condiment.-pat)
