Tangy Broiled Salmon

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons catsup

1 tablespoons original worcestershire sauce

1 pound salmon fillet

6 slices lemon wedges
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine butter, vinegar, catsup and Worcestershire. 2. Place fish, skin-side down, on broiler pan; brush with sauce. 3. Broil 6 inches from heat about 15 minutes, brushing often with sauce. 4. Serve with lemon wedges.
