Scandinavian Salmon Souffle |

Ingredients:
1 slice whole-wheat bread |
1/4 cup salmon drained -- flaked canned |
1 large egg -- beaten |
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
1 tablespoon chopped celery |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F Coat small soufflé dish with non-stick spray.
2. In bowl, break bread into small pieces.
3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
4. Pour mixture into prepared soufflé dish.
5. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
