Pacific Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:


1 can salmon -- drained and (16-oz) flaked

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1 large egg -- beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1 recipe cucumber sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients except Cucumber sauce (below); mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
