Cranberry-Orange Salsa

Ingredients:


4 teaspoons chile powder, red, mild

2/3 cup pecans -- toasted

1 tablespoon orange zest -- minced

3/4 cup orange juice

2 cups dried cranberries
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all the ingredients in a blender jar and puree until smooth. As a dip with chips or a topping on poultry or pork.
