Garden-Fresh Summer Sauce

Ingredients:


2 cups diced tomatoes - -- (about 3 large)

1/2 cup fresh corn kernels

1/2 cup diced English hothouse -- cucumber

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 large garlic cloves -- minced

1 medium jalapeno chile -- minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
