Guacamole (Mexican Style)

Ingredients:


3 large avocados chopped

1 medium med-sized onion -- peeled and chopped

1 medium med-sized tomato -- peeled and chopped

2 small chilies -- chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon vinegar

2 teaspoons salt -- or less.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients until creamy. Keep covered to prevent oxidation and browning.
