Preparation / Directions:For a chunky-type salsa: finely chop onion, garlic, cilantro, tomatillos and jalapeno peppers.
You may want to remove seeds from peppers.
Mix and add tomatoes, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well until the tomatoes are liquefied but lumpy.
For smoother salsa: put all ingredients into a blender
