Ingredients:


2 tablespoons diced onion

2 cups tomatoes plum/plum chopped

2 medium more serrano chiles

2 tablespoons fine chopped fresh cilantro

2 teaspoons sugar

1/4 can Mexican beer

2 teaspoons salt

1 medium juice of one lime
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients well in mixing bowl.
