Salsa - For Fish

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon olive oil

1 medium onion -- diced

2 cloves garlic -- crushed

2 medium tomatoes -- seed, chop

2 medium jalapenos -- seeded, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalapenos, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cover with wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.
