Salsa Cruda (Fresh Salsa)

Ingredients:


2 large tomatoes -- peeled and chopped

4 medium tomatillos -- husked and chopped

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice -- chopped.

2 medium fresh Anaheim chiles -- seeded

1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro -- and chopped.

5 medium green onions -- chopped.

2 medium fresh jalapeno pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt.
 

Preparation / Directions:


In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour. May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups.
