Salsa De Chile Chipotle

Ingredients:


1 medium Onion -- finely chopped

1 clove garlic chopped

2 tablespoons oil

2 medium tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 dash salt -- pepper

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 medium canned chipotle to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped. Sauté‚ onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook gently 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
