Ingredients:
1 large can whole tomatoes - chopped
1/2 can chopped Ortega chili peppers
1 medium yellow banana peppers -- chopped, up to 2
1 medium canned jalapeno peppers -- up to 2
1 tablespoon olive oil -- (or salad oil)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
Preparation / Directions:
Chop all ingredients and place in covered bowl in refrigerator to marinate flavors. Keeps for a week.
