Tangy Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

11 ounces mandarin oranges drained and coarsely chopped

8 ounces pineapple tidbits drained

1/4 cup red bell pepper finely diced

1 tablespoons fresh chives chopped

2 teaspoons lemon peel
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine lemon juice and honey in medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss together gently. 2. Mixture can be made several hours ahead and refrigerate until ready to serve.
