Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
11 ounces mandarin oranges drained and coarsely chopped |
8 ounces pineapple tidbits drained |
1/4 cup red bell pepper finely diced |
1 tablespoons fresh chives chopped |
2 teaspoons lemon peel |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Combine lemon juice and honey in medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss together gently. 2. Mixture can be made several hours ahead and refrigerate until ready to serve.
