Ingredients:
2 cups chopped -- peeled tomatoes |
1 medium celery stalk -- diced |
1 medium onion -- diced |
1 medium green pepper -- diced |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 medium green chile -- seeded and chopped |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and blend well. For a smoother texture use a
food processor and blend till desired consistency. Chill overnight.Serve
cold as a dip or an accompaniment with your favorite Mexican dishes.
Makes about 4 cups
