Ingredients:


16 ounces whole kernel corn

4 ounces diced green chiles

1 teaspoon diced jalapeno chiles

1/4 cup green bell pepper

1/4 cup scallions

2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 60 minutes serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
