Ingredients:


1/2 pound crabmeat

1/2 cup lime juice

1 teaspoon tangerine peel -- grated

2/3 cup tangerine

1/2 cup tomatoes -- seeded and chopped

2 tablespoons purple onions -- chopped

1 tablespoon cilantro -- chopped

1 tablespoon jalapeno -- chopped

1/8 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in a bowl, toss gently. Cover and Chill
