Macadamia Nut Scallion Pesto

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions

1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

1/2 teaspoon garlic finely chopped

1/2 ounce mauna loa unsalted macadamia nuts -- coarsely chopped

1/4 cup olive oil -- heated and cooled

1 dash salt

1 dash white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Serve four teaspsoons of pesto with each portion.
