Ingredients:


2 medium ripe mangoes -- peeled and cut into -- 1/4-inch dice

1 medium tomato -- peeled cored seeded -- and cut into 1/4-inch dice

1/2 small red onion -- peeled and cut into -- 1/4-inch dice

1 medium jalapeno pepper -- seeded and minced

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
