Ingredients:
1 medium orange -- peeled and chopped
1 small serrano chili -- seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped peeled jicama
1/4 cup chopped tomatillos
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation / Directions:
Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes about 2 cups salsa.
