Orange Salsa |

Ingredients:
2 large Florida oranges, peeled, Pith removed and diced 1 1/2 c) |
1 large Tomato, seeded and diced (1c) |
1/3 Cup Minced red onion |
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel |
1 teaspoon Minced garlic |
1 teaspoon Minced ginger root |
1/2 medium Jalapeno chili pepper, Minced fine (2t) |
1/4 teaspoon Salt |
1 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, or Coriander |

Preparation / Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill, covered,
until ready to serve. Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
