Ingredients:


6 cups tomato concasse

4 ounces diced green chiles

1/4 cup scallions

1/4 cup green bell pepper

2 teaspoons garlic

2 teaspoons parsley

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2-96 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
