Pineapple Mango and Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Pineapple -- diced in small pieces

1/2 cup Firm ripe mango

1/2 cup Cucumber -- diced and peeled

1/3 cup Red bell pepper -- diced

1/3 cup Tomato -- diced

3 Tablespoon Green onion or chives, finely chopped

3 Tablespoon Cilantro or

1 Teaspoon Mint

2 medium Juice of 2 limes

1 medium Hawaiian chili pepper or Jalapeno -- to taste

1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut all ingredients in small diced; mix well, adjust seasoning. Chill to marinate and marry flavors. Good with white fish.
