Pineapple Mango and Cucumber Salsa |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Pineapple -- diced in small pieces |
1/2 cup Firm ripe mango |
1/2 cup Cucumber -- diced and peeled |
1/3 cup Red bell pepper -- diced |
1/3 cup Tomato -- diced |
3 Tablespoon Green onion or chives, finely chopped |
3 Tablespoon Cilantro or |
1 Teaspoon Mint |
2 medium Juice of 2 limes |
1 medium Hawaiian chili pepper or Jalapeno -- to taste |
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste |

Preparation / Directions:
Cut all ingredients in small diced; mix well, adjust seasoning. Chill to
marinate and marry flavors. Good with white fish.
