1 pound tomato concasse

3/4 cup hot chile

3/4 cup onion

1 teaspoon cilantro

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1/2 cup tomato juice

2 teaspoons kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well season to taste with salt cover and chill for 2-96 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
