Ingredients:


1 cup poblano chile

2 cups black beans

1/4 cup red bell pepper

1/4 cup gold bell pepper

2 teaspoons garlic

1 cup sweet onion

1 tablespoon chile chipotle adobados

2 tablespoons cilantro leaves

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a moderate flame heat and stir for 3-4 minutes, until well blended season to taste with additional kosher salt serve at room temperature
