Sun-Dried Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Sun-dried tomatoes -- finely Chopped

1/2 Cup Black olives

2 Cloves garlic

1 tablespoons Fresh basil

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients until well blended. Season with salt and papper to taste. This is a good salsa to accompany seafood.
