Preparation / Directions:Combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly, and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for the flavors to combine. Use within 2 days. Makes 2 cups.
Notes: Tangy green tomatillos and the colors from the other ingredients in this salsa add a vibrant splash of color to simple preparations of fish and chicken. This salsa really dresses up salmon cakes.
