Ingredients:


1/2 Cup red bell pepper seeded and finely diced

1/2 Cup yellow bell pepper seeded and finely diced

4 teaspoon minced serrano chile seeded

1/3 Cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 Cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons minced fresh shallot

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and let sit for a few hours in the refrigerator to combine flavors.
