Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Brush bread slices on both sides with condensed milk; dip slices into coconut.
2. Put 6 slices on a heavily greased cookie sheet.
3. Cover slices with 2 cups blueberries; top with remaining slices.
4. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
5. Combine remaining blueberries, water and sugar in saucepan; cook over moderate heat until berries are cooked and sauce thickens.
6. Serve warm, with blueberry sauce spooned over each serving.
