Preparation / Directions:Flour chicken breasts lightly and dip in half of sauce. Let drain
and flour well again.
In a deep fryer heat oil to 350°F. Fry chicken breasts until they
float and let drain. Dip again in remaining sauce and arrange on
bottom halves of rolls. Top with lettuce, some dressing, and roll
tops. Serve with remaining dressing.
