Classic Turkey Salad

Ingredients:


2 cups diced turkey

1/2 cup sliced celery

1/4 cup green onion

1/4 cup salted almonds

1/4 cup pecan pieces

1/2 cup green grapes

1 teaspoon dill weed

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1 teaspoon salt and black pepper

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup plain yogurt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine chicken, celery, onion, almonds, pecans and grapes. Mix together dill weed, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and yogurt. Fold dressing into chicken mixture. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
