Ingredients:
2 slices french bread |
1 cup country dijon mustard |
1 medium sliced cucumber |
1 medium sliced tomato |
1 cup sliced green onion |
1 cup sliced swiss or monterey jack cheese |
1 teaspoon dill weed |

Preparation / Directions:
Lightly toast French bread. Spread mustard generously on each slice. Top with several slices of cucumber and tomato. Sprinkle with onion. Top with slice of cheese. Lightly sprinkle with dill weed. Broil until cheese is melted.
