Curried Blt's

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

8 slices oatmeal bread slices -- toasted

12 slices bacon -- cooked

1/4 cup raisins

2 large tomatoes -- sliced

1 bunch lettuce leaves
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir together first 4 ingredients and spread on 1 side of each bread slice. Top with bacon, raisins, tomato, and lettuce. Cover with remaining bread slices. Serve immediately.
