Mint Chutney Sandwich

Ingredients:


2 Tablespoon Butter

2 medium Tomatoes -- sliced thin

1 medium Cucumber -- sliced thin

1 bunch Mint Chutney

1 bunch Fresh Corriander -- chopped fine

1 bunch Fresh Mint -- chopped fine

1 medium Onion -- medium

2 medium Green Chillies

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder (Jeera)

1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Spread a thick layer of the Mint Chutney on one slice of bread, butter on another. Stick the tomatoes and cucumber slices in the middle. Alternatively, just use butter and the chutney. Note: try this sandwich with just about any of your favourite vegetables, sliced. Experiment! (PS:try sliced boiled potatoes) Bread: Tastes best with white bread. *Mint Chutney Grind all the ingredients together in a food processor. That's it! Keep refrigerate
