Preparation / Directions:Combine the chicken, ham and scallion in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and bind with enough heavy cream to
form a thick, spreadable paste. Lightly butter 10 to 12 slices of the bread with the Curry Butter and spread with a layer of the chicken and ham filling. Top with a second slice of bread. Crust and cut as desired.
