Ingredients:


16 slices rye bread

1 stick butter Soft

1 bottle Russian dressing

1 1/2 pounds cooked corned beef -- thinly sliced

1 pound sauerkraut -- drained

8 slices Swiss cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Lightly toast and butter the bread. Spread with dressing. Top half of the bread with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese, and cover with the remaining halves of the bread. Bake at 400 F until the cheese melts, about 6 minutes or 15 to 25 seconds in the microwave. Makes 8 sandwiches.
