Preparation / Directions:In a large bowl, sprinkle garlic salt over ground beef. Mix and shape into patties. Grill for a few minutes on each side until done.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, blue cheese and pepper. Slit one side of each pita to open pocket and tuck in one burger, sprouts, a tomato slice and top with cucumber sauce.
