Art Jensen's Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:


425 grams tomato sauce

425 grams stewed tomatoes

1 grams tomato paste

350 grams jalapenos

100 grams green chiles -- (big ones)

1/2 medium white onion

2 medium miscellaneous peppers -- (to taste)

1 teaspoon red pepper -- (the italian kind)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin seed

1 teaspoon celery seed

1 Cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon fewsquirts tabasco sauce

1 tablespoons concentrated lemon juice

1 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon Onion salt -- (a tad)

1 tablespoons chili powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Finely dice the onions and peppers, chop the stewed tomatoes. 2. Mix all the ingredients together and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Makes about 1125 ml Difficulty : very easy. Precision : approximate measurements.
