Bacon and Pepper Sauce |

Ingredients:
1 gram granaroli |
1/3 stick butter |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
1/3 pound bacon |
10 medium plum tomatoes chopped |
1 medium green pepper diced |
1/4 cup white wine |
1 medium red pepper diced |
1 medium hot pepper halved and seeded |
1 medium Onion chopped |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste |
2 cloves garlic chopped |

Preparation / Directions:
Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion
and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
