1/2 cup garlic rough chopped

2 bunches scallions -- split and chopped

12 medium jalepenos -- seeded and diced

1 bunch italian parsley -- chopped

2 bunches cilantro -- chopped

---COMBINE WITH---

6 medium limes -- juice of

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon salt -- pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Serve on Seared Ribeye steak, grilled chicken or fish.
