Ingredients:


1 pound GROUND BEEF

6 medium SCALLIONS -- CHOPPED

2 medium WHOLE TOMATOES -- CHOPPED

1/2 Cup TOMATO SAUCE

1 medium BELL PEPPER -- CHOPPED

1 Clove GARLIC -- MINCED

2 teaspoon VEGETABLE OIL

4 teaspoon PICKAPEPPA SAUCE
 

Preparation / Directions:


IN A LARGE NON-STICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT ADD OIL, SCALLIONS, GARLIC, BELL PEPPERS AND GROUND BEEF. SAUTE FOR 3 MINS, THEN ADD TOMATO SAUCE AND SIMMER FOR 3 MINS. ADD PICKAPEPPA AND STIR. N.B. THIS MEAT SAUCE IS ALSO GREAT OVER PASTA.
