Ingredients:


3 cups red wine vinegar

8 medium dried red chile

1 cup onion

2 teaspoons parsley

2 teaspoons garlic puree

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon marjoram

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon thyme
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 1-360 hours use as a basting or dipping sauce
