Cajun Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:


1/2 cup cream

1/2 cup sour cream

1/3 cup creole mustard

2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

1/8 teaspoon ground basil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes remove from heat and allow to cool serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
