Ingredients:


1/4 cup prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 cup cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


place horseradish into a clean towel and squeeze to remove excess moisture combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper-mix well beat cream to stiff peaks fold into horseradish mixture cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled
