Cranberry Champagne Sauce

Ingredients:


1 cup cranberries

1 medium seedless orange -- peeled, cut in half

4 ounces sugar

1/2 cup simple syrup

1/2 cup champagne
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place cranberries, orange, sugar and simple syrup in saucepan; heat to boiling. Remove from heat; place in blender or food processor. Process until smooth; let cool. Strain.
