Creamy Marmalade Sauce

Ingredients:


5 tablespoons orange marmalade

2 tablespoons apple juice

1/2 cup whipping cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


If the marmalade is very coarse, roughly chop it. Put it in a small, heavy-based saucepan with the apple juice and leave it to melt gently over a low heat, stirring from time to time. Pour in the cream and stir carefully until it is thoroughly mixed with the marmalade. Simmer for 3 or 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
