Ingredients:


1/2 cup fresh cranberries

2 teaspoons grated orange peel

1 large orange -- peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons brandy

1/2 cup port

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup chicken or turkey stock

1 teaspoon prepared mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place cranberries, orange peel, orange pieces and brandy into a food processor and process until finely ground. Simmer all of the ingredients for 15 minutes or until thick. Can be served hot or cold.
