Ingredients:


1 cup onion

1 cup catsup

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepot, over a medium flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 1-2 hours, until reduced by about one-third and thickened remove from heat, cool cover and chill for 4-96 hours
