Ingredients:


2/3 cup oil

1 tablespoon water

1/4 cup dijon mustard

3/4 teaspoon tarragon -- thyme or dill weed

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve with meat, chicken, fish or veal. Approximately 1 cup
